“Sibirsky Bereg” in TOP 1000

Director of Managing Company “Sibirsky Bereg” Closed Joint-Stock Company, Alexander Ladan, has become one of the top ten senior managers in the category of Production of consumer goods in the rating of the best top managers, which is annually prepared by Russian Managers Association and the “Kommersant” newspaper.

The contest is held in several steps: first, laureates of the last year nominate up to 10 managers of the field where they work. Out of this number, expert commission of Managers Association chooses approximately two thousand of the best candidates. Then each expert chooses in his/her opinion three most successful managers in his/her field or function of the last year. In other words, those managers, who are acknowledged as the best by their colleagues and branch specialists, become contest winners. Company's goodwill plays an important role while selecting laureates. It is warranted by the fact that absolute majority of managers (4818 managers, or 92%) excelled with the same company even if they were in the rating repeatedly.

According to contest organizer, experts' task is to nominate those managers, which made a concrete contribution to establishment of high-grade companies and realization of concrete significant projects, bringing these candidates to market participants' attention. And let all nominees decide the winners for manager's reputation is eventually determined by collective opinion of market participants, not by the limited group.
